History
In 1975, 31 Phase I lots were developed by Springer Developments. In 1979, 22 Phase II lots were added. In 1990 Van Mason Industries Ltd. created a “Private Utility Right-of-way” agreement with the Elbow River Estates Cooperative Ltd. to provide water to an additional 13 lots.
