ELBOW RIVER ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION

  In 1975, 31 Phase I lots were developed by Springer Developments. In 1979, 22 Phase II lots were added. In 1990 Van Mason Industries Ltd. created a “Private Utility Right-of-way” agreement with the Elbow River Estates Cooperative Ltd. to provide water to an additional 13 lots.

The unfortunate and premature disintegration of the east entrance sign will require a replacement sign.

The west entrance sign is also in need of repainting and/or replacement as well.

These issues are being addressed in 2025.
