POD Application for the latest well (drilled in 2023) required a drawing of the wells used by the ERE. This doodle was provided by Michael Zubkow, a Civil Engineer and current Water Director.
No Well ID numbers, no geospatial information except for a North arrow. Embarassing and woefully inadequate.
PS Canada has used the metric system since 1975
- AEPA confirms they are in communication to try to license the 2023 water well.

Annual General Meetings
Getting Ready to Attend
The Standard Bylaws that govern the Water Co-op state; 3(1) Annual meetings of the association must, within 120 days after the conclusion of each fiscal year of the association, be held on a day and at an hour and place decided by the board. (The fiscal year end of the Water Co-op is Sept. 30th.)
- Make sure you attend; this only happens once a year and your voice and vote count. Apathy is the surest way to degrade a community.
- Become familiar with the Rural Utility Act and Standard Bylaws .
- Any items to be voted on at the AGM must be in your hands at least 10 days before the meeting to give you plenty of time to understand what the issue(s) is about.
- Come prepared with your questions.
- Becoming a member of the Community Association is optional and based on a yearly fee (see bylaws in the Community Association section).
- Becoming a member of the Water Co-op is at the homeowners’ discretion and is charged a yearly fee for water usage (see lawsuit and appeal verdicts in the Water Co-op section).
